The Gamma Gamma Educational Excellence (Scholarship) Committee offers three $2,000.00 non-renewable scholarships/grants.

The scholarships/grants are available to graduating District 211 female students who wish to pursue a career in the field of education, or to graduating high school female students recommended by a chapter member.

By completing the application attached below, candidates are eligible for one of the scholarships or grant, and will additionally be provided a Gamma Gamma mentor.

Only one scholarship or grant will be awarded.

When our chapter budget allows and the recipient continues to major in an educational related field, we will support our recipients during their college years with funds for books during their sophomore, junior, and senior years.

Scholarship/grant recipients are also eligible for additional grants from the Delta Kappa Gamma IL State Organization.

The Gamma Gamma chapter will also welcome all female junior and senior college level education majors (regardless of scholarship/grant recipient status) to become collegiate members of our Delta Kappa Gamma chapter.  (We will also welcome all collegiate members to become active members upon graduation.)

The application for the Nancy J. Harmon Memorial Scholarship, Anne V. Fussell Memorial Scholarship, and Gamma Gamma Chapter Recruitment Grant is attached below.
